  1. First of all, visit the official site of MCD Delhi-http://mcdonline.nic.in
  2. Then, on the MCD portal just click on the online services tab
  3. Then, a pop-up window will show just select and search your area by zone, ward, or colony (by choosing any one)
  4. After searching, click on Registration of Birth/ Death
  5. Then a citizen portal will show to log in or register. If first time user then register yourself first.
  6. Now login with your mobile
  7. Then Birth and death registration portal will show
  8. Here, you need to select the option-Birth Registration if- Birth happens at home
  9. And if the birth happens in a hospital or nursing home then click on search old data and print the certificate of the child (without name certificate).
  10. After finding without name certificate, you need to apply for a name add in birth certificate.
  11. Now for adding the name, just click on the actions button and select add child name option.
  12. After that, a form will show, just enter the name of child in the required name field and check whether other details are ok or not.
  13. If all details are ok then attached the required documents such as the mother’s Aadhar, the father’s Aadhar, the child’s hospital card, or the vaccination card of the child.
  14. and submit the form with the required payment.
  15. Now the health inspector will check all the documents and details to give approval.
  16. Finally, after approval of the application, your birth certificate will be available to download.
