There are 30 GST registration forms under the GST system which have different uses. Tax GST tax officials use these forms at the time of GST registration.
Here is the List of GST Registration forms under the GOODS AND SERVICES TAX in India are as follow:
This form is available for Taxpayers who are to apply for GST Registration, therefore, the taxpayer needs to apply for GST REGISTRATION for different categories in form GST REG-01 as an application for Registration.
The form GST Reg-02 is an acknowledgment form is available for TAX OFFICIALS which will be provided to the taxpayers after the submission of GST Registration form-01
As your application is successfully filed against the application reference number and it is a system-generated acknowledgment only for reference.
GST registration form 03 is available for tax officials showing notice for seeking additional information or any other clarification for the documents attached for GST registration, cancellation, or amendments.
GST Reg-04 is available for the taxpayer to give a response to REG-03.
In other words, this is a reply of the taxpayer for furnishing clarification issues of documents in response to Reg-03.
GST registration form-05 is the form showing order of rejection of application for registration, amendment, or cancellation in available forms.
GST registration form-06 is available for the tax officials to provide a registration certificate to the taxpayer after accepting the registration form 01.
GST registration form-07 is available for the taxpayers.
This is an application form for Registration as Tax Deductor at source or Tax Collector at source u/s 51 and 52
GST registration form-08 is available for Tax Officials.
This form shows an order of cancellation of registration as Tax Deductor at source or Tax Collector at source u/s 51 and 52.
GST REG-08 is available for the taxpayers.
This is for the application for Registration of Non-Resident Taxable Person
This form is available for taxpayers.
GST REG-10 form is available for Application for registration of a person supplying Online Information and Database Access or Retrieval Services (OIDAR/NROP from a place outside India to a person in India, other than a registered person.
This form is available for the taxpayers.
GST REG-11 form for the use of the application for extension of the registration period by a casual or non-resident taxable person.
Form GST REG-12 is used by tax officials.
This form is the order of grant of temporary registration or Suo moto Registration
For the use of taxpayers.
GST REG-13 form is available for application for grant of Unique Identification Number (UIN) to UN bodies, embassies, and others.
GST REG-14 form is available for the taxpayer’s use.
A taxpayer can apply for amendment in Registration particulars for all types of registered persons for example address, name, email id, mobile no, etc.
GST REG-15 form is available for the tax officials’ use.
This is a form showing the order of amendments applied.
GST REG-16 form is an application for cancellation of Registration. This is for the use of taxpayers.
GST REG-17 form is available for the use of tax officials. This form is a show-cause notice issued to taxpayers for cancellation of Registration.
This form is for the taxpayers to reply in response to a show-cause notice received from the tax officials in GST REG-17.
In the GST REG-19 form, the tax officials will send an order for cancellation of the Registration.
GST REG-20 form is for the use of tax officials. This is an order for dropping the proceeding for cancellation of the Registration.
GST REG-21 is available for the taxpayer for the application for revocation of cancellation of Registration.
In the GST REG-22 form, the tax officials will order for revocation of cancellation of Registration applied in Form GST REG-21.
GST REG-23 is for the use of tax officials. This form is a show-cause notice for rejection of application for the revocation of cancellation of registration.
In the GST REG-24 form, the taxpayer can reply in response to the received show-cause notice for rejection of application for the revocation of cancellation of registration.
GST REG-25 form is a certificate of provisional Registration but as per law, it is presently closed.
This form was for the taxpayer for the application for enrolment of the existing taxpayer (presently closed as per law)
This form was the show cause notice of cancellation of provisional Registration.
This form is for the order of cancellation of provisional registration.
This form was for the taxpayer for the application for cancellation of registration of migrated taxpayers. (Presently closed as per law)
GST REG-30 form is the form for the tax officials. And this form is used for the field visit report.
