1- Registration Process for Registration No and Password

After reaching the official govt site just click on the menu EWS/DG Admissions and EWS/Freeship Admissions on the site

Then select the annual income proof certificate issued or applied

Now after entering all required details just click on Register Button
After clicking on the Register button, you will see a popup window that will tell you –you can not edit the information after registration, so you are requested to check the details before registration.
Then after registration, you will see your Registration No and logging password on-screen and a message also sent to your Mobile No.

Step-1 Details of the applicant
Here you will see a form that included all information provided at the time of registration and the need to provide further information
Provide details of Parents
then enter a residential address and select proof of address
After filling in all details just click on the preview button
Check all details before submitting
If all details are correct then click on the submit button or if not correct then correct by clicking the back button because, after submission, you will not be able to edit it.
Step-2 Choice of Schools (0-1 km)
Here you will be able to see schools nearest to your address in the range of (0-1 km)
Just add or delete according to your choice of school
And then click on submit button for the next step
Step-3 Choice of Schools (1-3 km)
Here you will be able to see schools nearest to your address in the range of (1-3 km)
Just add or delete according to your choice of school

Should be under the range of age prescribed by the applicant for

then enter Registration No and Received OTP and click on the Delete button
And your application data will be deleted
After deletion of the date, you can apply for afresh registration again.

7. In which class EWS/DG Admissions can be selected online?
This online module has been designed only for admission under the EWS/DG category in any of the Entry Level Classes that is
Nursery/Pre-School,
KG/Pre-primary
and Class-I.
8. What percentage of seats under the EWS/DG category is available in a school?
At least 25% of the total seats are in the entry-level class of a school.
9. Who comes under EWS (Economically Weaker Section) category?
A Child whose parent’s annual family income from all sources is less than 2.5 lakh rupees.
10. Who comes under the DG (Disadvantaged Group) category?
SC/ST/OBC (Non-creamy layer) certificate issued by Revenue Officer, not below the rank of Tehsildar of Govt. of NCT of Delhi.
Children with Special Needs/Disabled: – Certificate issued by Govt. Hospital
Orphan and Transgender: – Documentary evidence.
Children living with or affected by HIV.
12. If I have BPL/AAY/Food Security Card, then is it necessary to have an income certificate to apply under the EWS category?
No. Only one of these documents is required.
13. I have a BPL card but the name of the child is not mentioned. Can I apply under the EWS category?
Yes.
14. I have Food Security Card but it does not have any date of issue. How can I proceed online?
Filling in the date of issue is mandatory in the case of a Food Security Card. You can not proceed without filling it out.
15. I have the caste certificate but my child does not have the same. Can I apply for admission under the DG category?
Yes, you can apply on the basis of your caste certificate (SC/ST/OBC- Non-Creamy, whichever is applicable) provided that it has been issued by the Revenue Department (DC/DM office), GNCT of Delhi.
16. My caste certificate has been issued by another State. Will it be valid for admission to my ward under the DG category?
No. The caste certificate has to be issued by the Revenue Department (DC/DM office), GNCT of Delhi.
17. If the validity of my Income certificate has expired, then how can I apply?
The validity of your Income certificate is mentioned on the certificate itself. If it has expired, then you can apply afresh to the Revenue Department for the issue of a new Income certificate and then use the ”Applied For” option in the Online application and then apply using the receipt/application number of the Income certificate.
18. My income/caste certificate has not been issued yet. It is still under process. Then how can I apply?
Use the” Applied For” option in the online application and then apply using the receipt/application number of the Income/Caste certificate.
19. I do not have any proof of the Date of Birth of my child. How can I apply?
A written declaration/undertaking from parents about the date of birth is treated as valid proof of the date of birth of the child.
20. In my Income certificate, my income has been wrongly mentioned as slightly greater than Rs. 1 lakh. In the birth certificate, some of the details of my child have been wrongly mentioned. How can I apply?
You must contact the competent authorities for necessary corrections in your documents before filling out the online application.
21. What are the documents that can be considered as proof of address?
Ration cards are issued in the name of Parents having the name of the child on the Ration Card.
Domicile certificate of child or of his/her parents.
Voter I-Card (EPIC) of any of the parents.
Electricity bill/MTNL telephone bill/Water bill
Unique Identity Card (Aadhaar) of mother/father/child issued by Govt. of India.
Passport in the name of any of the parents or child.
The rent Agreement is not a valid proof of address.
22. What are the documents that can be considered proof of Birth?
Birth certificate under the Birth, Death, and Marriage Certificate Act, 1969.
Hospital/Auxiliary Nurse and Midwife (ANM) register record.
Anganwadi Record.
Declaration of the age of the child by the parents or guardian.

Yes, at the time of selecting the schools while applying online, the vacancies are also shown.
26. How would I know to which of the schools I have applied? Will I have a choice of schools after Registration?
After registration, the applicant has to fill out the application form. In the application form, the applicant has to select & give priority to the schools in different distance ranges. Once the complete form is filled & submitted, the details of all the information including the schools opted for by the applicant shall be displayed on the screen. Please take a printout for future reference.
27. How can I find the nearest Private Unaided Recognized Schools from his residence? How many schools can I select?
Using login ID/Registration No. and Password, the Step-I page opens on the screen showing all the details filled in the registration form. One has to fill in the residential address and thereafter choose the correct Assembly constituency(Vidhan sabha), Locality/Sub-Locality/Sub-Sub Locality of his residence from the Drop Down list and submit the details to know the nearest schools in different ranges (0-1, 1-3, 3-6, >6 Kms.) in Step-2 to Step-5 button.
If Locality/Sub-Locality/Sub-Sub-Locality where one resides is not available in the drop-down menu, then choose the nearest Locality/Sub-Locality/Sub-Sub-Locality from the drop-down list.
You can select any number of schools shown till 6 Kms but the maximum of 5 schools beyond 6 Kms.
28. Can one change/modify the information after submitting the online application?
Yes. For this purpose, use the link for the deletion of the existing application form provided on the main link ‘EWS/DG Admissions’. then follow the instructions given on the deletion page and after successfully deleting the existing application, fill out the form afresh.
Please note here that after deletion, your existing registration number stands invalid for the admission process.
